Dip.-Ing. Frank Schellenberg - Chief Executive Officer

German Chief Executive Officer, Frank Schellenberg, studied at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, where he graduated as a Master of Engineering. He highly appreciates the potential of the local work force and the economic development in Vietnam and therefore decided to move from Germany to Vietnam in 2000. As a shareholder and CEO of GHP Far East, he has brought the company to a great success.

M.Sc. Hua Viet Minh – Chief Financial Officer

Hua Viet Minh is a brilliant accountant. He is not only a chief accountant, but also a trustworthy financial consultant of the company. He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Finance and Accounting in Ha Noi and a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh.

BA Nguyen Thi Diep – Chief People Officer

Nguyen Thi Diep has worked for the company since 2004 in various positions. She has successfully built up and implemented ISMS (Information Security Management System) in 2008. Since then, she is leading the Back Office and the Human Resources department which are the company’s greatest assets. She holds a law degree and a foreign language degree in German.

Tran Thi Dieu Thuan – Chief Operating Officer

Tran Thi Dieu Thuan leads the company’s production activities. She has an amazing professional history of progressing from the most junior position in the company to the current leadership role. She advises the CEO on operation issues of the company.

Tran Dai Long was appointed on CTO position in 2012. Long keeps bachelor’s degree of Victoria University, Australia. His professional background includes managing positions of IT departments preferably in financial establishments. His responsibilities include research of IT & Software Development trends, implementation strategic plans & its updating for persistent business continuity. |
BA Bui Thi Thuy Hang – Quality Management Manager

Bui Thi Thuy Hang is responsible for quality assurance and quality management of GHP Far East. She joined the company in 2004 and first worked as a software developer. She is responsible for maintaining CMMi Level 3 and ISO 9001:2008. |
Ing. Thai Chi Cuong - Software Development Manager
 |
Thai Chi Cuong assumed the role of Software Development Manager in 2010. He first joined the company as a software developer and progressed through leadership roles in Software Development.

Ing. Bui Nghia Thuat - Information Technology Manager

Bui Nghia Thuat was appointed on IT Manager position in 2011. His responsibilities include supporting company’s IT infrastructure, including setting up IT framework, developing IT strategy, managing internal systems, providing helpdesk services and monitoring the system.

ISO 9001:2008 introduces clarifications to the existing requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
ISO 27001:2005 is a standard which determines the information security system requirements applicable to any organization willing to prove its capacity to handle internal information and/or their customers’ information with confidentiality and integrity.
CMMi Level 3 (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is a process improvement approach whose goal is to help organizations to improve their performance. There are five maturity levels for development. Level 3 Defined means the process is defined/confirmed as a standard business process and is decomposed to levels 0, 1 and 2.
Data Protection Certificate issued by Lufthansa – Data protection document, stating the compliance of data processing activities with the German Data Protection Law (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) and Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (European Data Protection Guideline).
ISO/IEC 27001:2005 - a part of ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards, is an Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard published in October 2005 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It formally specifies a management system that is intended to bring information security under explicit management control.
EU Directive 95/46/EC (also known as EU Data Protection Directive) is a directive adopted by the European Union designed to protect the privacy and protection of all personal data collected for or about citizens of the EU, especially as it relates to processing, using, or exchanging such data.
German Federal Data Protection Act - Rules and recommendations of manual & machine processing of a personal data. This act was issued by the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Germany.

Optical Mark Recognition. OMR is the automatic identification of marks which are made on forms and subsequently also scanned. OMR is frequently used when processing questionnaires and answer sheets, i.e. any type of form where boxes have been ticked.
Optical Character Recognition. OCR is the automatic identification, digital encoding and extracting of printed or handwritten characters from an image by means of an optical scanner and specialized software. This involves photo scanning of the text character-by-character, analysis of the scanned-in image, and then translation of the character image into character codes, such as ASCII for further data processing.
