With our “IDEAS Trenching Concept”, companies and organizations are allowed to “trench” their confidential documents in several parts, processing one part in their own facilities with IDEAS and outsource the remaining parts of the document to GHP Far East in Vietnam where the production costs are much lower compared to European countries. With this procedure, companies and organizations can outsource their processes and keep the confidentiality of documents since they process one part internally and delegate the rest of the document to GHP Far East where the data will be processed under the requirements of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) as well as the EU Directive 95/46/EC. Processed data will be directly sent back to the organizations where it can be recomposed.
