IDEAS
IDEAS -The Integrated Data Entry Application System is an intelligent integrated data entry software which combines highest technologies with manual data entry in a very user-friendly and cost-effective way. It represents a customer-tailored capture solution to transform paper-based data of any structure and complexity into electronic data, ready to be exported into your databases and business applications.

What Makes IDEAS Different From Other Data Entry Software?
IDEAS differs from most of the data entry software in the market since IDEAS aims to offer companies and institutions a data entry solution focusing on manual data entry. Deriving from a 10 years’ experience in data entry, we are convinced that intelligent software with only automated processes are not as flexible as human labor forces and can therefore not recognize exceptions and special cases. Due to this reason, we believe that a combination of manual data entry and additional automated processes is the best solution. With little efforts and costs and a certain number of affordable employees, IDEAS allows you to convert efficiently and easily printed or handwritten documents into a digital format. There is no need of expensive software developers; you can easily design new forms and the whole process of data entry. Inaccurate data are expensive to correct therefore IDEAS’ paper-document processing includes several manual verification and quality control steps to ensure highest data accuracy.
Ideas Trenching Concept
Many organizations or enterprises would like to outsource their document management and processing due to high processing costs in the home country, but are not allowed because of the confidentiality of certain documents such as health surveys. For this case, GHP Far East offers with IDEAS the perfect solution. With our “IDEAS Trenching Concept”, companies and organizations are allowed to “trench” their confidential documents in several parts, processing one part in their own facilities with IDEAS and outsource the remaining parts of the document to GHP Far East in Vietnam where the production costs are much lower compared to European countries. With this procedure, companies and organizations can outsource their processes and keep the confidentiality of documents since they process one part internally and delegate the rest of the document to GHP Far East where the data will be processed under the requirements of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) as well as the EU Directive 95/46/EC. Processed data will be directly sent back to the organizations where it can be recomposed.
